Step 2: Complete Forms & Waiver
Before we begin, we want to learn more about YOU—your goals, lifestyle, fitness level, and any health concerns. This helps us create a personalized plan tailored to your needs.
✅ What You’ll Do:
✔️Fill out the New Client Intake Form (takes just a few minutes!).
✔️Complete PAR-Q form and Meal Plan Questionnaire
✔️Complete and sign Waiver
✔️This will help provide details on your goals, medical history, and preferences.
✔️Submit the forms so we can start building your program!
Step 3: Schedule Your First Session
Now that you're all set, it's time to book your first session! We will work together to map out your plan and get started toward your goals.
✅ What You’ll Do:
✔️Choose a date & time that works for you using our online booking system.
✔️ Receive a confirmation email with session details.
✔️Prepare for your first session—we’ll discuss your goals, expectations, and get moving!
What Happens Next?
After your first session, you’ll receive:
✅ A customized workout & nutrition plan (if included in your package).
✅ Access to ongoing support, accountability check-ins, and progress tracking.
✅ Motivation, guidance, and all the tools you need to succeed!
