Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy ✔ 24-Hour Notice Required – Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. ✔ Less than 24-Hour Notice – Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the session will result in a 100% session charge (no refunds). ✔ No-Show Policy – If a client fails to show up for a session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and non-refundable.
